Indiana hunting & fishing: Some changes (sunfish limits, etc.) held off
The Indiana Natural Resources Commission dropped proposals last month that would have expanded the use of high-powered rifles for deer hunting and would have put a statewide 25-fish daily bag on sunfish (bluegill, sunnies, redear, ect.).

I found the possibility of a 25-fish bag on bluegill interesting, primarily because it would have been a social regulation more than a biological one.
There is part of me that would have liked to have seen that.
A couple other significant proposals were kept, including closure of ruffed grouse season. There are also some items related to northwest Indiana in particular.
